Oil as a Dust Suppresant

Our system applies food-grade soybean oil or mineral oil to grain, controlling dust by as much as 95%. The oil is sprayed on the grain with a special cone-effect nozzle at 30 to 50 lbs of pressure at an application rate of 1.25 gallons of oil per 1000 bushels of grain.
